Refund policy
CANCELLATION
Cancellation on order is applicable only before the shipping of the item. An order cannot be cancelled if the order has already been shipped. However, returns will still be applicable according to our policies.
RETURNS
We want to provide every customer with a great experience and best customer service. We've designed our policies that reasonable to our customers and sustainable for us. The return window is 24 hours from the time of delivery. we wouldn't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. For an order to be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded. To initiate the return, you will have to call us or whatsapp us or drop a request at support@beyondbaux.com.
Return can only be initiated only once against a single order. We have the sole discretion to approve OR reject your return request.
Short summary for return and exchange:
- Return window is of 1 days from receiving the order
- unboxing video for processing return request is mandatory.
- customer provides return shipping charges for exchange and return shipping both.
- 20% restocking fees
- item that are non returnable ( bags & backpack due to heavy shipping costs)
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
We usually arrange a return pickup for the order. In a case where the return pickup cannot be initiated, we ask you to ship the product to our location. Shipping cost is on customer for return shipping. once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon returning, you will have two options —
EXCHANGE:
You can notify us about the exchange product which can be selected from our website. In case of difference in pricing —If the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process. If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product: we will refund the balance amount in the form of store credits.
REFUND:
You can get a refund of product amount after deducting shipping fees and product restocking fees(2O% of the product value-administration cost) in the source account or in the form of store credits. Store credits can be used to make future purchases at Beyondbaux.
If the order is processed and shipped, a refund through original mode is not possible. Only unprocessed orders (cancelled before shipping) can be refunded through the original method. This is because there’s a lot of costs involved while processing an order.
DEFECT OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:
If a product has a defect or damage in transit, we would take full responsibility and replace the product with a new unit.
WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE:
Some products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These include
- Product that have been discontinued.
- Any other products that are marked as non-returnable, mentioned on the product page.
- Products with obvious signs of usage.
- Sale item(s).
- Backpack and tote bags category.
- Order placed using store credits/gift cards.
