What are the Returns and Exchange policies?

You acknowledge that all the terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange are as follows: 

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit of the same value as your original order amount.

Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:

(a) The return window is 24 hours from the time of delivery. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

(b)Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

(c) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In case you wish to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store/online credit, we can replace it for another item as long as the amount matches. Alternatively, we also provide the option of paying extra for the difference amount if the alternative product that you want is more expensive. Please be ensured that we have made every effort in order to display products as accurately as possible in terms of the colours and design of our products that appear on Beyoundbaux.com. However, as computer/laptop/mobile monitors may vary, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Please note no returns or refunds will be accepted if you feel the colour of the product ordered and received by you is different than the colour reflecting on our website. Additionally refund and return is not possible if you feel the product is smaller in size as compared to how you expected because we have mentioned the accurate size on the website. Before placing an order kindly look for product specifications in the product page.

(d) In case of a return request, we will set up the same for you and keep you posted on the same. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after, or using any other UPI Payment Methods.

(e) Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items both ways if there is no fault from our end.

(f) When a returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

Kindly note that the items once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or refund amount if they meet our above terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all items available, under such circumstances, the store or online credit can be used in the form of a coupon code whenever you shop with us next time.

All the terms and conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us, you can be assured to receive a response from us within 48 hours on the same.

What are the cancellation policies?

We shall not be able to cancel any order when the items ordered by you are in the process of delivery. 

Please note that we will be able to carry out the return process once the product has been received by the customer. 

What are the policies during the discount/sale period?

The offer applies to select products only.

We do not exchange or accept returns for products that are in sale (and also if the discount code has been applied.)

This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount or coupon code.

In the case that your order consists of products that are on sale as well as full-priced merchandise, your coupon/discount code will be applied to the entire order value.

Any discount changes during or after the sale will not apply to future or previous purchases.

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy a free shipping on all orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Shipping and COD of 98/- Rs applies for phone accessories.
  • orders cannot be canceled once placed and Dispatched.
  • We do not offer any guarantee on the longevity of printed designs on phone cases which comes under affordable range.
  • In the case of returns that qualify under our exchange policy, We will offer store credit for the full amount of the returned item. This credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
  • Due to high cost incurred in administrative cost like ad cost, shipping and packaging etc backpacks are under non returnable category. Product are 100% as accurate as displayed on the website. Please see carefully before placing an order.
  • To ensure a smooth exchange process, please:

    • Record an unboxing video. This video evidence helps determine when and where any mishandling might have occurred.
    • Return the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
    • Exchange Process:We will dispatch the replacement product only after receiving the original item back at our warehouse.
    • Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • A slight color difference may occur due to different screen resolution.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION*

All the order cut-off times related to dispatch and delivery are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as payment authorization.

Please know that we aim to dispatch all the orders within 24 hours with the exception of the sale season or time period wherein sales are going on, in that case it may take up to 72 hours for dispatch. 

Kindly note that the estimated delivery times are to be considered as a guide only. We are not to be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance. 

When do we deliver? 

Order place at Beyondbaux gets fulfilled on the same day and picked by courier services (shiprocket courier panel) on the very next day between monday to saturday. orders placed on saturday after 11 am till monday before 10 am will be shipped on monday 5 pm batch.

  • Local orders take 3-4 business days to be delivered to you. deliveries out of mumbai takes 5 to 7  business days to be delivered.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 Do we offer free shipping?

  • Free shipping is offered for all prepaid orders. 
  • COD Orders will be charged for shipping and the COD charges.  Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

What are the policies related to taxes and duties?

The product prices displayed on each product are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

What are the various modes of payment we offer?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both domestic & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & UPI, and Snapmint ZERO interest easy EMI. 
  • Cash on Delivery is available in serviceable cities all over India.

Kindly ensure adding your email address and phone number so we can keep you updated with all details regarding your order.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for goods - we ship the orders within 24 hours subject to availability.

Please note that none of our delivery partners are to be paid anything extra on top of the amount stated in your order invoice on COD or prepaid orders. In case, a delivery executive asks for an extra amount to be paid to them on receiving the product by you, please refuse immediately and apprise us of the same.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation on order is applicable only before the shipping of the item. An order cannot be cancelled if the order has already been shipped. However, returns will still be applicable according to our policies.

RETURNS

We want to provide every customer with a great experience and best customer service. We've designed our policies that reasonable to our customers and sustainable for us.

The return window lasts 24 hours starting the date of delivery. If 24 hours have gone by since the order's delivery, we wouldn't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

For an order to be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded.

Return can only be initiated only once against a single order. We have the sole discretion to approve OR reject your return request.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

We usually arrange a return pickup for the order. In a case where the return pickup cannot be initiated, we ask you to ship the product to one of our locations. If you are shipping the order on your own, we will credit your Beyondbaux account with up to ₹100. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon returning, you will have two options —

EXCHANGE:

You can notify us about the exchange product which can be selected from our website. In case of difference in pricing —If the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process. If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product: we will refund the balance amount in the form of store credits.

REFUND:

You can get a full refund to the source account or in the form of store credits. Store credits can be used to make future purchases at Beyondbaux.
If the order is processed and shipped, a refund through original mode is not possible. Only unprocessed orders (cancelled before shipping) can be refunded through the original method. This is because there’s a lot of costs involved while processing an order. 

Prepaid orders: for reasons like continuous unavailability while courier attempts (max 3), and if the delivery was unsuccessful, we will not be able to refund. and will be charged for shipping for further new delivery of the same order.


DEFECT OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT:

If a product has a defect or damage in transit, we would take full responsibility and replace the product with a new unit.

WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT APPLICABLE:
Some products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. These include

  • Product that have been discontinued.
  • items in sale and offers 
  • backpacks are under non returnable and no exchange policy.
  • Any other products that are marked as non-returnable, mentioned on the product page.
  • Products with obvious signs of usage.
  • Shipping cost, if charged.
  • Order placed using store credits/gift cards.

Return eligibility of the product is also mentioned on every product’s page. In case a non-returnable product arrives damaged, we only replace the said product.
